Adventurous active people can throw an axe at “The Axe House”, go bowling at “Yankee Lanes”, golfing on Bretwood, our well-maintained public golf course and within a 25 miles radius we have dozens of beautiful lakes to explore for swimming, boating and fishing, plus sky rides and mountain biking at Granite Gorge.
When it’s winter the fun doesn’t stop: New Hampshire is one of the best places to ski in New England. We have Pat’s Peak, Crotched Mountain and Granite Gorge, which is a great location for kids to learn skiing, snowboarding and they have awesome tubing. For skating visit our rink, “Keene Ice.”
Being centrally located in the Monadnock Region we are close to hiking trails, biking paths and several skiing locations.
