- Cancellation policy: for individual reservations- The Burrell House will issue a full refund up to 72 hours prior to 3 pm on reserved check in date and non-refundable thereafter.
- For cancellation of reservations or event blocks greater than 3 rooms a full refund is issued within 30 days of check-in and a 50% refund within 15 days of check-in and non-refundable thereafter.
- All refunds are subject to a 3% payment processing terminal fee.
- Check-in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am.
- Occupancy per room- rooms=2 / per suite=4
- extra person/sleeping cot fee- 30.00 per night, cots available for rooms 1,3,6,7,8 only (extra cots must be requested 48 hrs prior to stay)
- An iron and ironing board available upon request (24 hr. notice required)
- In order to respect all guests and staff, quiet hrs. are to be maintained between 10:30pm and 8 am
- Smoking is not allowed at any time at the Burrell House and will not be tolerated. All infractions will be assessed a $100.00 room service fee. Violators will be asked to leave and granted a prorated refund.
- Hallways, walkways, grounds and common areas are to be kept completely clear at all times.
- Front Parlor hrs. are from 8am to 10:30pm
- Maximum of one private parking spot permitted per guest room. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
- The Burrell House Inn is not responsible for any personal injury which may occur on the property. The Burrell house is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen personal items. In the event of any item(s) being left behind by guests at the Burrell House, staff will attempt to return such items to rightful owners, when possible. The owner of the items shall be responsible for all reasonable charges in facilitating such returns.
- Guests shall be held fully responsible for any damages to the property. Reasonable fees may be assessed for any damaged or stolen property of the Burrell House Inn. This includes but is not limited to taking any hangers from the room- credit card will be charged $15 a hanger, pillows- credit card will be charged $50 per pillow, blankets- credit card will be charged $70 per blanket, small or large lavender pillows- credit card will be charged $50 per pillow, towels large or small $20 per towel, violation of pet policy and /or pet damage at our discretion.
- Maximum continuous guest stay at the Burrell House is 28 days.
- Extra Towel, trash and bath soap service will be provided upon request.
- Bed linens and cleaning service will be provided weekly or upon special request.
